Furikake Mix Mix is my way of sharing a special aloha moment from my childhood to the mainland. Munching on these snacks reminds me of spending time with my ohana (family and friends), my trips to Hawaii, and taking a moment to enjoy the calming mana (energy) of Hawaii. So grab a bag of Ono Munch and spread the aloha to you and your loved ones.
What’s in the name?:
Furikake is the special seasoning to give it this sweet and salty flavor. Mix Mix is bringing in my Filipino roots because in Tagalog, halo halo means to mix.
